FAQ

These are some common questions that we are asked, I hope they are of use

What is a key person?

Your child will be assigned an Early Years Practitioner on the day of their settling in.  They will be your child's key person who will care for their needs, develop a bond with your child and work with you as families.  A key person may change when your child move rooms or if your child favours another Early Years Practitioners.

Can you meet my child's dietary requirements?

Our experienced in house nursery cook is able to adapt the recipes for the day's menu to suit your child's needs.  Please ask for a copy of our menu.

When my child turns 3 years old do you offer funding?

Your child will be eligible to claim for the 3 year funding from the term after their 3rd birthday.  You will sign a parental contract with the setting and we will claim for your child on the online portal with the local county council.  We also are able to offer 2 year funding for children who are eligible.

What foods are available?

We work on a 4 week rota and our nursery cook prepares a hot meal and desert each day, a high tea and a morning and afternoon snack.  Breakfast is offered to children in the morning.  If you require a copy of our menu please email towcestertots@btinternet.com

Do you have Policies and Procedures?

We have numerous policies and procedures for you to access.  A parent policy folder is available for you to read in the lobby area, however, if there is a specific policy that is not in the folder please ask our manager or email towcestertots@btinternet.com
