Meet the Team

Our Nursery Manager, Lisa Blackburn has a BA Hons in Early Childhood Education and Early Years Teacher Status (EYTT) and has been with Towcester Tots since we opened in 2006

 

Leanne Maplethorpe is our Deputy Manager and  holds a BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies and has been at Towcester Tots for 14 years.

Melanie Preece (proprietor) holds a BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies and is an EYP (Early Year Professional)

Hayley Smith is our Family Support Worker and SEN supervisor.  Nicole O'Neill is our SENCO

All our Early Years Practitioners have continuous professional development to enhance their knowledge in babies and children whether this is in house or externally.

​

Many of our Room Leaders and Early Years Practitioners are long standing members of the team qualified to level 2 or 3 or training for a higher qualification or an apprenticeship.

We have a full-time cook who prepares hot meals on site and Hannah Bell is our administrator.
